Abstracts of all contributions (lectures and talks) should be submitted to the local organizing committee at the website http://atlas-conferences.com/cgi-bin/abstract/submit/capt-01 by June 30, 2005, and to be viewed at http://atlas-conferences.com/cgi-bin/abstract/capt-01.

The proceedings of the conference will be considered to publish. All speakers at the conference will be encouraged to submit articles based on their talks to the local organizing committee.
