报告摘要：In this talk, we will discuss about the porous medium equation with reaction terms, especially on the convergence of solutions and the propagation of free boundaries.

报告人简介：周茂林，南开大学陈省身数学研究所研究员，2009年于南开大学本科毕业，2014年于东京大学获博士学位。2017年在澳洲担任DECRA特任研究员，主持过澳洲DECRA项目、重点研发计划青年科学家项目、天津市杰出青年基金、天津市重点项目。周茂林研究员主要研究兴趣包括非线性椭圆形和抛物型偏微分方程、自由边界问题及其应用。已在J. Eur. Math. Soc.、Math. Ann.、Ann. Inst. Henri Poincare Anal. Non Lineaire、J. Math. Pures Appl.、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、Indiana Univ. Math.、J. Func. Anal.等国际数学期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
