摘要:Weyl's law relates the asymptotic behavior of the eigenvalues of certain geometric operators with the geometric/analytic/dynamical properties of the underlying space. In this talk I will briefly describe these connections, with an emphasis on the relation between the eigenvalue counting problem for special planar domains with integrable billiard flows and the classical lattice points counting problem. The talk is mainly based on joint works with Jingwei Guo, Wolfgang Muller and Weiwei Wang.
报告人简介:王作勤,中国科技大学数学科学学院教授,博士生导师。2008年博士毕业于麻省理工学院,2008年至2013年先后任职于约翰霍普金斯大学和密歇根大学。2013年回国后至今,任职于中国科技大学。主要研究谱几何、微局部/半经典分析、辛几何及相关领域。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目。研究成果发表于J. Diff. Geom.、 Geom. Funct. Anal.、J. Funct. Anal.、Ann. Statist.等国际一流期刊。
